Rave Reviews

I would like to express my heart felt thanks for the originality, humor and uniqueness of your performance at Nike's 2007 National Coming Out Day.

Your contributions helped to create our most engaging and entertaining celebration to date.

This annual event, sponsored by Nike's Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender and Friends Network aims to increase awareness and understanding of Nike’s Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender community through educational and supportive events, and to demonstrate Nike’s commitment to diversity through outreach to the local, national and global GLBT community.

Your flexibility, understanding and approachability during the organization and preparation of the show were invaluable to its success.

Entertaining a room full of savvy Nike employees and executives can be a bit intimidating but you managed to have everyone doubled over in laughter within the first minute of your entering our Theatre. By watching the reactions of our audience, I know your message got through to our attendees- the importance of inclusion, being an ally, and keeping your sense of humor!

I would be happy to serve as a reference for you for any future performance.

Again, thanks for being a part of this year's festivities and making it a true success for all of us.

Gina Daggett  and Kathy Belge are both talented writers and hilarious clever speakers.

Voted the #1 column in CURVE in a recent reader's poll,Lipstick & Dipstick give punchy advice to the lesbian community, a measured blend of guidance, wit and sincerity from the femme and the butch perspective. Their first book-Lipstick & Dipstick's Essential Guide to Lesbian Relationships-will be in bookstores in November.

Lipstick (Gina Daggett) played competitive tennis through her high school years and was ranked nationally in the USTA for many years.  Dipstick (Kathy Belge) has
been an athlete all her life. She excelled in swimming and track in high school and swam for Syracuse University.

As a team, they dish out advice about dealing with homophobia, coming out of the closet (as a gay individual or as an ally), promoting and fostering diversity and inclusion within the Greek System and dealing
with relationships.

Their new book, which just hit bookstore shelves—Lipstick & Dipstick’s Essential Guide to Relationships—has al- ready been nominated for several awards.

They've made countless appearances on TV and radio, including a stint on Logo's Round Trip Ticket and on WE's Secret Lives of Women. Additionally, they've done extensive public speaking, including emcee work for HRC and hosting their own talk show at Nike World Headquarters where they interviewed the CEO in character in front of a large crowd.
